Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
Access to the Personnel Management System ("PMS") is granted to approved staff of the Federal Ministry of Defence, the Defence Headquarters, and the three armed services for the sole purpose of official personnel administration. By signing in, you accept these terms.
Authorised use
- Use the system only in the course of your official duties.
- Do not share credentials, RFID cards, or one-time codes with any other person.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract records in bulk without authorisation, or interfere with the audit trail.
- Handle personnel data with the same confidentiality as any other official service record.
Account provisioning
Accounts are created only by an authorised HQ administrator on request from your unit's system administrator. There is no public sign-up.
Monitoring
All activity on the system is logged, including sign-in events, record views, and record changes. Logs may be reviewed by the Ministry, Defence Headquarters, and duly authorised investigative bodies.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated without notice for suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or on separation from service. Misuse may result in administrative or disciplinary action under applicable service law.
No warranty
The system is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Ministry of Defence makes no warranty as to uninterrupted availability. Users must not rely on the system as the sole authority for operationally critical decisions without independent verification.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
